The Telecom Module works in conjunction with other Readi System modules to offer features critical to success in the deregulating utility markets. This module is designed to handle the complexities of billing including pricing to the millisecond. It offers customer contact for land-based and wireless communications, including local and long-distance, cable and Internet services. The system is equally effective for the base carriers and resellers of these communications services. As suppliers continue to supplement their base product/service with other offerings, the built-in converged billing features offer Readi System users a distinct advantage in a very competitive market.

Appropriate for billing local, long distance, ISDN, cable and/or Internet services Tracks call detail records (CDRs) for domestic and international calls, including call type, origination, destination, rate period, call duration and more Captures usage increments to the millisecond Tiered pricing and rate plans for service contracts and prepaid agreements Full call center reporting with service and work order dispatching EDI and XML interface for CDR import and data management Itemized customer charges including directory assistance and other assisted calling fees Full-feature reporting and data mining of customer demographic information for complete visibility and into the customer relationship Bill messaging and targeted marketing letter generation and/or banner ads for electronic bill presentment and payment
