The Work Order module allows you to take your customer relationship model to the field. The Work Order module allows appointment booking, appointment verification correspondence, and special instructions. Like other modules in the Readi System, the Work Order module is highly configurable to the needs of your business. Work Order templates can be setup for many field services, including meter service, credit and collection, appliance installation, emergency work, and routing maintenance. In addition to all of the functionality of each of the utility modules, the following features are delivered in the Work Order Module of the Readi System:

Automatically generate work orders for routine and emergency service based on availability of service personnel and user defined business rules.
Interface with mobile data, AM/FM, work management, leak management, and non-utility inventory management systems.
Tracks special requests from field staff including service offerings, equipment replacement, and maintenance.
Performs audit checks of meter reading equipment and services to ensure maximum functionality.
Generates charges and applicable taxes for billable service work.
Provides automated inventory management functionality.
