ReadiReadi On Call is a web-based Customer Service Representative (CSR) tool that provides complete customer information over the Internet to local or remote customer contact and payment centers. Readi On Call allows CSRs to enroll customers, access customer account information, enter payments and adjustments, and perform other routine functions.

Readi On Call offers the following features:
  • Customer Enrollment- Clients can manage customer information including enrollment, updates, and removal of customers from the system in a flexible and seamless manner.
  • Modify Profile Information - Customer profile modifications can be made including addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and billing preferences.
  • Complete Customer Relationship History in a Central Location - CSRs have access to the complete customer relationship history in a secure environment
  • Contract Information - Details of the length of the contract are available including the date when the contract began and ended (when appropriate). Keeps track of all contracts awarded and pending to the utility company.
  • Multiple Premise Information - Includes tracking information for customers with multiple residences.
  • Payment History - Details the payment history for each customer. Authorized clients can adjust account payment information when necessary.
  • Charge History - Details complete charge history including any late or over due charges to the account.
  • Adjustment History - Includes details on all adjustments that have been made to the account.
  • Consumption History - Provides all customer usage or consumption data since the time that the account was opened.
  • Printable Copies of the Readi System Bill - An easy to read, customer-friendly, Readi System bill can be printed from any location and mailed to the customer in a seamless manner.
  • Pending Charges - Details all pending charges against the utility accounts.
  • Online Customer Phone Logs - Online tracking of all customer telephone calls in an easy-to-read format that can be printed or downloaded into most applications including spreadsheets.
