The Readi System helps you to manage customer contacts and build strong customer relationships by tracking and responding to customer needs and desires. The system includes call tracking and logging capability that is fully integrated with the service and work order modules. Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) have full visibility to all customer contacts and any required follow up tasks. The Readi System logs all customer contacts so that any CSR or other authorized person can get a complete picture of the customer relationship online, any time. The Readi System can also integrate with "best of breed" call center or other customer relationship management applications.
- The Readi System offers the following contact management features:
- Tracks customer calls, faxes and e-mails
- Helps to manage follow up actions and responses to customer calls
- Allows user-defined classification of customer contacts
- Can automatically trigger work orders based on call type
- Provides online access to all contacts with the customer, including notices and letters
